The OUHK Library User Satisfaction Survey 2016 was conducted from 1 November 2016 to 20 November 2016. By the end of the survey, the Library received 1,889 responses. The response rate is 7.3%. Below is a summary of the survey results. 香港公開大學圖書館使用者滿意度調查於二零一六年十一月一日至二十日進行,圖書館共收到一千八百八十九份問卷回覆,回應率為百份之七點三。以下是調查結果詳情。

 

 

Overall Satisfaction整體滿意度

 

The overall satisfaction score is 3.9, on a five-point scale (five being the highest). 使用者的整體滿意度為3.9 (根據五點選項提問並以五分為最高)

The satisfaction rating in response to each statement in the survey is shown below. The rating is the average of all ratings given to the item (five being the highest). 以下列出問卷各題的滿意度,數字是每題的總平均評分(根據五點選項提問並以五分為最高)

The Respondents 關於受訪者

 

Within the 1,889 respondents, 78.2% is face-to-face programme students, 15.2% are distance learning students, 6.1% are staff and tutors. 在一千八百八十九個受訪者裡,有百份之七十八點二為面授課程學生、百份之十五點二為遙距課程學生、百份之六點一為教職員及導師。

As a token of thanks, bookshop vouchers each worth HK$100 were given out to 20 winners randomly drawn from a prize draw. 為答謝完成這次問卷調查的受訪者,圖書館已於抽獎活動中隨機抽出二十位幸運兒,每位幸運兒獲得港幣一百元書店禮券。
