Audited Accounts

The accounts of the University have been audited by KPMG Peat Marwick. In the opinion of the Auditors, the accounts have been properly prepared in accordance with accounting policies generally adopted by higher educational institutions in Hong Kong, and on this basis give a true and fair view, in all material respects, of the state of the University's affairs as at 31 March 1997 and of its results for the year then ended.
