It is a process that usually begins with an analysis of the intended learning outcomes, identifies teaching strategies and student activities to enable students' achievement of the outcomes, and ends with the development of assessment tools to assess whether and to what extent the outcomes were achieved.<\/font><\/p> \n          <p> <font size=\"-1\" face=\"Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">Though there are other newly developed ID models in the field, the traditional ADDIE model is the generic process and thus is a good starting point.
