The eTool for Final Year Projects is one example. Functions of this eTool include:<\/font><\/p> \n          <ul> \n           <li> <font size=\"-1\" face=\"Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">Allowing students to indicate their FYP topic choices and enter information about themselves (e.g. skills, interests, academic background). <\/font><\/li> \n           <li> <font size=\"-1\" face=\"Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">Providing a summary for project supervisors to consider. <\/font><\/li> \n           <li> <font size=\"-1\" face=\"Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">Allowing students to check their results easily after the supervisors have entered their decisions in the eTool. <\/font><\/li> \n           <li> <font size=\"-1\" face=\"Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">Allowing supervisors to generate and publish monthly presentation timetables. &nbsp; <\/font><\/li> \n           <li> <font size=\"-1\" face=\"Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">Allowing students to fill in their progress reports online, and supervisors to give comments and grades to students after their presentations. <\/font><\/li> \n          <\/ul> \n          <p> <font size=\"-1\" face=\"Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">As a result, the eTool not only lightens the burden of supervisors, but also smooths the workflow between supervisors and students. <\/font><\/p> \n          <p align=\"center\"> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ouhk.edu.hk\/ETPU\/etpu2016\/03\/03-eTool.jpg\" alt=\"Customized eTool\" align=\"center\"><\/p> \n         <\/div><!--\/\/ TTTT: tcAdmSing--> &lt;!--\r\n\t<\/td><\/tr>\r\n\t<\/table>\r\n\t--&gt; <!-- \/\/Right Content END --> <!-- cselement: stSchSingRelatedLinks start --> &lt;!--<\/td><\/tr><\/table>--&gt; \n        <\/div> \n       <\/div> <!-- end 2014 TAD main container DIV-->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&lt;!-- --&gt; &lt;!----&gt; &lt;!-- --&gt; The Unit also develops educational technologies according to specific academic requirements.
