Ms Chang received her Bachelor of Education with Honours in Primary Education, and Master of Education from the OUHK in 1997 and 2001 respectively. She is now the Principal of C.C.C. Kei Wa Primary School (Kowloon Tong).

How to enhance communication between 'Web 2.0 children' and their parents? Are Facebook and WhatsApp useful? These children are often described as 'low self-care ability, low Adversity Quotient, low Emotional Quotient and video game addicted'. Ms Chang will share her view on how parents can foster correct values their children throughout their growth and development.
