Ceramic is one of the most ubiquitous and ancient arts, and is a magnificent crystal of human culture and art. Introduced by Development and Alumni Affairs Office (DAAO) and held from time to time, the 'Alumni Café' is a series of cozy, relaxing and interactive gathering for alumni to get together. This time the Alumni Café in form of a ceramic art experience workshop will be jointly presented to you by DAAO and the HKMU Alumni Association (HKMUAA). Participants will be introduced to development of pottery art in Hong Kong, and will take part in a hands-on session to get a taste of wheel throwing and ceramic painting.
