Seasoned administrator alumnus Mr Keith Lee Hon-choi was invited to speak on 'Management 3.0 \u2013 from managing to leading'.<\/p><p>Keith started from a humble beginning and changed job from a laboratory technician to a shop assistant of Circle K. With perseverance and determination, he was gradually promoted to the current position of Director \u2013 Sales &amp; Operations of Circle K Convenience Stores (HK) Ltd. He said the key to success is to understand one's weakness and keep learning and improving. He also shared his managing ideology developed from his 30 years of experience. 'It's honest communication which matters most. I believe that with mutual respect and trust, everything will work out
