\t<li>Participants may choose to accumulate the distance required within the event period to complete their run (e.g. using two days to run in different locations for 5 km), and use <strong>any mobile applications (APP) or activity trackers<\/strong> to track your running 'date', 'distance' and 'finishing time'.<\/li>\n \t<li>For participants of the cooperative journey, the teams should complete the 21 km required with contributions from each of the registered team members (e.g. member A completed 3 km, member B completed 8 km, and member C and D each completed 5 km). Participants can <strong>upload their photos<\/strong> and <strong>share their commitment to a healthy lifestyle in future<\/strong> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">while submitting the running records at the designated form<\/span>. <strong>An exclusive photo frame<\/strong> will be added to one of the uploaded photos to mark the completion of the run.
