This programme provides students with a solid knowledge base in psychology and in social science investigation skills. BSSCHPS graduates are equipped with a thorough understanding of human dispositions from different psychological perspectives. This enables them to achieve greater self-understanding and better appreciate the dynamics of human behaviour and interpersonal relationships in various contexts. The learning process in the BSSCHPS is designed to furnish students with transferrable skills such as critical thinking and effective communication, essential to both academic study and their chosen career. Career prospects for graduates are wide-ranging, including community services, human resources management, marketing research and public relations.
Students pursuing this programme must successfully complete at least 160 credits as follows. Of the 160 credits required for the attainment of the degree, you can complete up to 50 credits of courses in Chinese.
