HKMU has partnered with Toulouse School of Management (TSM), France to offer a Dual Degree Master's programme. Selected students of the Master of Business Administration (MBAF) programme will be invited to join a one-year exchange at TSM. Upon completion of two years of study, outbound and inbound students will receive two Master's degrees:
MBAF students, upon completion of the required credits at HKMU, will have to complete 51 ECTS credits from the following courses at TSM in their second year of study:

Outbound MBAF students will have to pay an administration fee of HK$100,000^. They are not required to pay TSM any application fee or tuition fee.
The tuition fees for MBAF do NOT include the administration fee for the dual degree programme. The administration fee does not include air passage, food, accommodation and other incidental expenses.

MBAF students with outstanding academic results will be invited to apply for the Dual Degree programme after the first academic term (Autumn Term) at HKMU.
