Biography
Prior to joining academia, Mr George Wei was a seasoned executive with more than 20 years senior management experience in Brand Management, Sales & Marketing, Operation and General Management gained in the Automotive, Luxury Retail and Transport industries in the Greater China Region. In recent few years, he has gained more exposure in ESG and sustainability program development and acted as key liaison with various government authorities in a franchised bus company. He obtained an MBA degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also an engineer qualified by The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in Manufacturing, Industrial and Systems discipline.
