Biography

Faisal Khurshid serves as an Assistant Professor of Management at the Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration. He earned his Ph.D. in Innovation Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His scholarly work investigates the co-evolutionary dynamics of firms and technological changes, leadership behaviours and their implications for firms and individuals. His research has appeared in leading outlets such as the Journal of Operations Management (UTD24), Journal of Management Studies (FT50), and Academy of Management Best Paper Proceedings, among others. His contributions have been recognized by the academic community, including a nomination for the Best Paper Award by the Technology and Innovation Management Division of the Academy of Management.
