Biography

Dr Louis Fung joined Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU) in 2014. He obtained his Master of Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University and his Doctor of Business Administration (Work and Organisation Psychology) from Aston University. Dr Louis Fung has extensive teaching experience at the undergraduate level in human resources management and organisational behaviour. Before joining HKMU, Louis worked as an HR practitioner in the catering industry. His research interest mainly focuses on leadership studies and work-life balance
