Mike KC Chan is an accomplished banking executive and governance leader with decades of experience in enterprise risk management, fraud control, and regulatory compliance across major financial institutions and professional firms. He has led the development and oversight of a comprehensive non-financial risk framework, enhanced organizational resilience, and directed strategic responses to significant operational and market disruptions. Mike has worked closely with regulators and law enforcement agencies across multiple jurisdictions, providing trusted leadership in regulatory environments. A Fellow of several international professional bodies and a Senior Lecturer in corporate governance and finance, he integrates executive expertise with academic insight.
