Biography

Victor obtained his Master of Laws from the University of Hong Kong, MBA with Distinction from the Coventry University, Bachelor of Laws from the University of London, Bachelor of Laws (Chinese Law) from the Shandong University. He is also a Certified Practising Accountant in Australia, Certified Public Accountant in the United States and an Associate of the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute.

Prior to joining HKMU, he led and oversaw various global financial institutions' compliance, AML and risk management functions. Besides, he had been a part-time lecturer of law for 9 years before going into academia.
