Dr. Lu Yiqian is currently a Senior Lecturer at the Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration, Hong Kong Metropolitan University. She earned her Ph.D. in Management from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Management from Fudan University and a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
Prior to joining HKMU, Dr. Lu gained professional experience in the corporate training and HR consulting sector.
Dr. Lu's research interests include open innovation, platform ecosystem, entrepreneurship, and corporate strategy.
