Biography
Mr. Eason Xu Yuan is a Lecturer at Hong Kong Metropolitan University, teaching in Hospitality and Hotel Management with a focus on event management and hospitality operations and service delivery. He holds an M.A. in Professional Education (Training & Development) from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) and a B.A. in International Hospitality and Tourism Management from the City University of Macau. Prior to joining academia, he gained frontline and managerial experience in luxury hospitality, including Guest Services and VIP Services roles at MGM Cotai and butler service experience at The Ritz-Carlton Macau.
