This pathway is not applicable to graduates of Associate of Business of the University. They should refer to the regular undergraduate programmes offered by the University.
The programme allows students to develop an interdisciplinary perspective on the management of business organizations and build specialized knowledge and skills in leadership and change management. It will also equip students with skills in using and applying leadership practices and concepts in today's workplace. Together with the transferable skills developed through the programme, students could build a successful career or start their own business in a wide range of business areas.
Programme-specific entry requirement:
A recognized Associate Degree or Higher Diploma in a business-related area (or its equivalent).
Students pursuing this programme must successfully complete at least 63 credit-units as follows:
(a) 9 credit-units of University Core courses:

(c) 27 credit-units of Leadership Practice Concentration Core courses:

Students taking the Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours in Leadership Practice programme through pathway 1 are recommended to begin their studies with MGT 3008BED Developing Leadership.
