曾昭康现任香港都会大学李兆基商业管理学院全球商业与市场营销领域高级讲师。他先后获得湘南学院英语（商务英语方向）文学学士学位、香港城市大学全球商业管理文学硕士学位，以及西澳大利亚大学市场营销哲学博士学位。
