簡歷

王明善博士現任香港都會大學(HKMU)教育及語文學院幼兒教育課程(遙距學習)課程主任,負責統籌包括副學位學士學位碩士學位幼兒教育遙距課程。同時,她亦是HKMU公開進修學院SOLmate(學習伙伴)。王博士擁有豐富經驗,曾擔任世界幼兒教育聯會(OMEP)世界秘書長和維多利亞教育機構的傳訊及研究主任等職位。目前,她還擔任OMEP香港分會副會長一職。
 
王博士一直致力推動本港和全球各地兒童的權利,專注研究與幼兒發展和教育相關的政策。她曾兩度獲得香港研究資助局(RGC)教師發展計劃(FDS)的研究資助,並在知名學術期刊上發表了她的研究成果。王博士因其卓越的研究成果,於 2023 年榮獲 HKMU 傑出研究出版獎金獎。
 
王博士擁有美國加州大學洛杉磯分校心理學文學士及運算專修學位(優等榮譽)、香港大學社會工作碩士(優異)及幼兒教育政策哲學博士,並在修讀博士學位時獲得香港特別行政區政府獎學金。王博士是香港註冊社工。
