On-site participation will enjoy the refreshments in all networking sessions, a lunch and a dinner.
All participants will have the electronic version of the programme book and the proceedings. Electronic certificate of participation will be sent to each participant via email after the conference.
Each paper presentation requires at least one registration under Category A.
Student authors who wish to present their papers in the “Student Presentation Session” is required to register at Student Presenter Rate.
Any participant who brings their spouse, family members or friends to the conference should make sure that every one of them has completed their registration at spouse/guest rate.

Group Discount

Eight or more delegates from the same institution registering for the conference of ICOIE 2023 at the same time will be entitled to a 20% discount on the registration fee. To be entitled for this discount, use the following form for registration.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be made. A substitution can be made with written permission from the original registrant and approval by the Organising Committee at least two weeks before the conference.
Data use and protection
Information collected in the registration process will be used for the administration of this conference. For details about data protection, please refer to HKMU's personal data protection policy .
