Oral presentation must be done in easily comprehensible and fluent English. Papers must be presented by authors themselves. No one will be allowed to present any paper on behalf of its author.<\/p><p>Papers may also be written in Chinese and presented in Putonghua. In such a case, an English version of the abstract should be submitted together with the Chinese version.<\/p><p>Quality is the most important requirement. All papers to be presented should concrete contribution to fields relevant to open and\/or innovative education.\u00a0All submissions will be reviewed for relevance, originality, clarity, soundness, and significance by at least two reviewers.<\/p><p>Each abstract accepted for oral presentation will be allocated a timeslot for paper presentation if at least one of the authors completes the registration.
