Account Availability

You are required to enter your Username and Password the first time when you access secure information or services on the Web (e.g., personal particulars update, academic records and examination results enquiry, and eRegistration). If you are a new student, you can Activate Password one month before the start of the new semester. If you registered during the Walk-in registration, you can Activate Password a week before the start of the new semester.

If you are a new student, your account will be available on the first date of each semester in April, September or October.  But, whether you have the access right to the E-Library is subject to your programme of study. 

 

You are required to enter your User ID and password when establishing the remote connection to the E-Library  or accessing some of the resources even when you have logged into MyHKMU. The HKMU User ID and password is a different set of logins details from those for accessing your Borrower Record in the Library Catalogue.

 

You are required to enter your Username and password when accessing the Online Learning Environment. If you are a new student, your account will be available on the first date of each semester (i.e., 1st April and 1st October).
