Issue no. 50 (Feb 2018)
Perhaps it’s a good opportunity now to set your goal for your study. How about improving your language skills, or finding appropriate resources so as to write a better paper? No matter what your goal will be, do explore our E-Library and campus libraries, where we have prepared plenty of resources to help you reach your goal for your study!
Library databases enable you to find relevant information for your assignments quickly. If you want to know how to find financial data or market research data, or how our abstract and citation database can help with your research, you are welcome to join our database training workshops which will be organized in the coming weeks. Trainers of the database vendors will come to demonstrate how to retrieve information you need from their databases. Details of the workshops will be sent to you via emails and will be posted on Library Homepage. Stay tuned and join us!
Please go to our A-Z database list and you will find more resources. Simply filter the list by “Types” or “Subjects” and you can easily find the most relevant databases for your subjects!
If you have a good book to share with us, you are welcome to use our Online Book Recommendation service to tell us. Your suggestion will help us to enrich our collection.
What is a citation and why do you need to cite your sources? We have prepared a citation guide to help you better understand what a citation is and introduce tools that can help you to manage your citations.
