Terms and Conditions
1. The Learn+Reward: Library New Year Contest (referred as “Contest” below) is open to all active students of the Hong Kong Metropolitan University. An active student refers to a student who is currently enrolled in a course in Spring term 2022 (January 2022).
2. Upon joining this Contest, all participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
3. The only way to participate in this Contest is through the dedicated online form only. Other means of participation and submission will not be accepted.
4. If the same student ID number is found to have been submitted to the Contest repeatedly, only the last submitted entry shall prevail.
5. Each Student ID number is eligible for MU Café gift voucher once only.
6. Winner list will be announced on HKMU Library Website (www-uat.hkmu.edu.hk/lib) in March 2022. All the winners will be notified via their HKMU email for prize collection.
7. All winners of MU Café gift voucher must collect the prizes within the designated prize collection period. The Library reserves the right to re-allocate the prize after the deadline.
8. All personal information collected in the Contest will be kept confidential and used for the Contest and all the Contest related promotion matters only.
9. The personal information submitted by the winner must be complete and correct. In case the information submitted by the winner is found incomplete, incorrect, used or registered repeatedly, the Library reserves the right to disqualify such winner.
10. The Library reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any winners that it deems to be in breach of the above Terms and Conditions.
11. This Terms and Conditions has been translated into Chinese. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
