Library Online Quizzes (Oct - Dec 2021) - Library - Hong Kong Metropolitan University

To help you to learn more about the library-subscribed databases & other library resources and to use them effectively, a series of Online Quizzes have been organized. All HKMU active students are welcome to join!

Furthermore, to give you hints on finding the correct answers in each of the quizzes, we have also organized a series of Library workshops. Join both the workshops and quizzes to have a rewarding learning journey!

The Quizzes

All quizzes will start on different dates and the first quiz will start on 21 October. Entries with all quiz questions answered correctly in any one quiz will be entered into the final lucky draw. You can join any one of the quizzes, or, complete all the 8 quizzes to increase your chance to win the prizes!

The Prizes

Participants with all questions answered correctly in any one of the quizzes can enter the lucky draw. Prizes are:

Fujifilm Instax Mini Link (3 prizes)

Commercial Press Book Voucher (7 prizes)

Supermarket Cash Voucher (20 prizes)

MU Café Cash Voucher (20 prizes) [newly added prize]

Terms and Conditions

The Lucky Draw is open to current HKMU staff(except Library staff) and active students only.
Entries with all quiz questions answered correctly in any quiz and valid HKMU email address provided will enter the final Lucky Draw.
Only the last entry with all correct answers per email address per quiz will be accepted for the Lucky Draw.
Lucky Draw result will be announced on HKMU Library Website (www-uat.hkmu.edu.hk/lib) in Jan 2022. All the winners will be notified via email for prize collection.
Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited 2 months from the date of email notification.
No warranty or maintenance service will be provided for the prizes.
The HKMU Library will not be responsible for any incorrect, malfunctioning or undeliverable email provided by a participant.
The HKMU Library's decision on the winners will be final.
The Library staff will take photos of the prize draw winners and prize presenters during prize collection. The photos may or may not be used in Library promotional materials, at the discretion of the Library.
By entering the Lucky Draw, you agree to these terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions have been translated into Chinese. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
