William graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Master’s degree of Science in Library and Information Management. He has substantial years of professional library services in the HKMU Library, specializing in systems management and development. He currently leads the Systems and Digital Services team of the HKMU Library.
He did read Ludwig Wittgenstein seriously and has passion of studying Wittgenstein's philosophy.
