Booking can be made through the<strong> Online Booking System for Amenities (OBSA)<\/strong> with 3 days in advance.<\/li>\n \t<li>Each user is eligible to book for any of the GSR up to a maximum of 2 hours per day.<\/li>\n \t<li>Users who book for the rooms must present their HKMU Student ID Cards when claiming the room at the service counter and a minimum of 3 users should be in the room during the booking period. After use, users are required to check out at the service counter.<\/li>\n \t<li>Rooms not claimed in 10 minutes from the start of the session will be forfeited and the booking will be counted against the booking quota.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Policy of Use<\/span>\n<ul>\n \t<li>The GSR are strictly for academic purpose only.<\/li>\n \t<li>All users must present their own valid HKMU Student ID Cards. Using others&#8217; Cards \/ lending Cards to others are strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n \t<li>Bookings are not transferable.<\/li>\n \t<li>Eating and drinking are not permitted in all rooms.<\/li>\n \t<li>No furniture should be moved in\/out to\/from the rooms.<\/li>\n \t<li>Users must clear their personal belongings and leave the rooms clean after use. Library staff members will remove any personal belongings left behind and no further notice will be given.<\/li>\n \t<li>The Library is not responsible for the security of personal belongings.<\/li>\n \t<li>Any damage of the furniture or fixtures in the rooms should be reported to the Ho Sik Yee Library Service Counter.
