The CBMP is designed to encourage women of different backgrounds and educational levels to pursue life-long learning and self-development. It aims to equip women with a positive mindset and enhance their inner strength so that they can cope with different life challenges. The CBMP offers a wide range of tailor-made and barrier-free learning programmes, in which courses are taught mainly through radio broadcasts, face-to-face instruction and e-Learning. Women's groups and NGOs of different districts collaborate in the delivery and arrangement of courses for women in Hong Kong and other interested parties.<\/p><h5>\u00a0<\/h5><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Programme Features<\/span><\/strong><\/h5><ul><li>Participation is open to everyone and no academic qualifications are required<\/li><li>Tailor-made courses for women to cope with their needs<\/li><li>Flexible learning mode to suit women's schedule of daily routines<\/li><li>Certificates of different levels will be issued to encourage women on self-enhancement<\/li><li>e-Learning Courses are available for interactive learning experience<\/li><\/ul><h5>\u00a0<\/h5><h5><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Targeted Students<\/strong><\/span><\/h5><p>Hong Kong resident. Any interested parties regardless of academic qualification, personal background and gender.<\/p><h5>\u00a0<\/h5><h5><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Courses<\/strong><\/span><\/h5><p>CBMP courses cover a wide range of areas, including financial management, health, interpersonal relationships, as well as daily life.\u00a0 All the courses address women's daily needs, so that they can cope with different life challenges, as well as experience the joy of learning and living.\u00a0<\/p><h5>\u00a0<\/h5><h5><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Mode of Study<\/strong><\/span><\/h5><p>Students can choose from a range of modes including radio broadcasts, face-to-face and e-Learning. There are three semesters in each year, starting in March, July and November. The length of each course is 13 weeks. The flexibility of the learning mode caters to women's needs in the arrangement of daily routines as well as learning hours. Students have to complete the given assignment which can be in forms of case-study, reflection, multiple choices, short questions or self-evaluation in Week 13 of the intake. While answering discussion or reflexive questions, students can choose to either write a Chinese article of around 200 words (and no more than 400 words), or produce a sound recording of maximum of 3 minutes (computer wav file).
