Classes\/ Examinations\/ Seminars are to be cancelled if the Typhoon No.8 or the Black Rainstorm signals are still hoisted at:<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/p>

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>6:30 am\u00a0:<\/b><\/span>\u00a0for Classes\/ Examinations\/ Seminars before 2:00pm<\/span><\/p>

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>10:00 am\u00a0:\u00a0<\/b><\/span>for Classes\/ Examinations\/ Seminars between 2:00 – 6:00 pm<\/span><\/p>

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span>2:00 pm\u00a0<\/span>:<\/span>\u00a0<\/b>for all Classes\/ Examinations\/ Seminars on that day<\/span><\/p>

Signal hoisted during Classes\/ Examinations\/ Seminars<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>

Typhoon No.8 or above:<\/span><\/p>

All Classes\/ Examinations\/ Seminars to be terminated; self-study centers will be closed.<\/span><\/p>

Black Rainstorm:<\/span><\/p>

Classes\/ Examinations\/ Seminars already in progress will continue; self-study centers will remain open.<\/span><\/p>

Signal Lowered<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>

Classes\/ Examinations\/ Seminars are to be held as schedule* if the Typhoon No.8 or the Black Rainstorm signals are lowered before\/ at:<\/span><\/p>

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span>6:30 am\u00a0<\/span>:<\/span>\u00a0<\/b>for all Classes\/ Examinations\/ Seminars on that day<\/span><\/p>

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>10:00 am\u00a0:\u00a0<\/b><\/span>for Classes\/ Examinations\/ Seminars between 2:00 – 6:00pm<\/span><\/p>

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span>2:00 pm\u00a0<\/span>:\u00a0<\/b><\/span>for Classes\/ Examinations\/ Seminars at 6:00 pm and after<\/span><\/p>

Remarks<\/b><\/p>

  • All School's activities will normally be held as scheduled when Typhoon Signal No. 3 or below is in force or when Red \/ Amber Rainstorm Signal is in force.<\/span><\/li>
  • Public announcements will be made as soon as possible whenever necessary. General public announcements from the Education Bureau do NOT apply to HKMU LiPACE.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>
  • If necessary, examinations will be rescheduled and students will receive information about new arrangements within two weeks of the original examination date.
