	Invention Disclosure Form (IDF) For staff or student inventors to report to the University any potentially patentable invention that arises during their employment or study at the University.
	Invention Assignment Form (IAF) For staff and student inventors to assign to the University the right, title, and interest in the invention which arises during their employment or study at the University.

	Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Staff and student inventors should require a third party to sign an NDA to protect confidential information of patentable inventions, in case the information must be disclosed to the third party.
