Class Scheduling & Tutors

The Class Scheduling & Tutors Team is tasked with providing administrative services for class scheduling, tutor-student group allocation and provision of tutor information to students.

To effectively administer the work of class scheduling and venue booking for undergraduate, taught postgraduate and distance learning programmes/courses from the collection of course requirements for scheduling, programme-course information to compilation of programme/course timetable for students and academics.
To handle allocation of tutorial groups for students and tutors e.g. application of class reallocation by students, tutorial group allocation for resit/defer exam students, etc.
To provide effective administrative support in maintaining tutor information provided to students.
