SAO Career Advisory Service is now open for registrations! All full-time undergraduate students are welcomed to book an appointment with our career advisors to obtain personalized and professional advice for your career planning and preparations.

In addition to our dedicated Career Development Entrepreneurship Team’s advisors, we are excited to introduce external career consultants to bring a wealth of expertise and experience to you.

Walk-in CV Clinic (20 minutes)
CV / Cover Letter Checking (30 – 45 minutes)
Mock Interview Practices (30 – 45 minutes)
Career Direction & Interests (30 – 45 minutes)
Further Studies (30 – 45 minutes)
Others (Please Specify)

Be punctual. Arrive the venue (for in-person session) or login to Zoom (for online session) at least 10 minutes before the scheduled session.
Be prepared. Get ready for the session and prepare hard copies or soft copies of your CVs / cover letter, job descriptions of your target job or relevant questions in order to make the most of the session.
Be polite. Greet your advisor upon arrival, and say thank you before you leave the session.

Attendance & Cancellation Policy

In case you are late for more than 10 minutes for an in-person session and there are walk-ins waiting, please note that SAO reserves all rights to arrange walk-ins to attend the session.
In case you are unable to attend the session, please inform us by email with with relevant justifications (e.g. proof of sick leave) to career@hkmu.edu.hk at least 1 university working day before your scheduled session (excluding public holidays and weekends).
