Me&U Career Mentorship Programme​

Mentoring Period:

Jan 2023 – Aug 2023

Mentee:

Eligibility & Requirements 
  • HKMU Full time undergraduate students in any discipline; and
  • Year 1 – Year 3 (Non-final year students) who will graduate in or after 2024
  • Able to communicate in Cantonese
Benefits

  • HKMU Summer Internship Programme (upon satisfactory performance in programme)

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Take up active role to meet up with mentors
  • Attend kickoff tea reception in Jan
  • Attend One day local tour & company/ social enterprise visit/ workshop
  • Attend Career advising session: Interviewing skills
  • 1) Submit reflective journal in 200-300 words & Post programme evaluation for Jan – Mar;
    2) Attend certificate presentation event in on 22 Apr, as criteria for application to HKMU internship

Mentor:

Eligibility & Requirements :
  • 5 – 10 years of working experience HKMU (formerly OUHK) alumni in any industry
  • Willing to share personal career and professional experience to help current HKMU students
  • Hong Kong-based
