"Date a CEO; Be a CEO" Mentorship Programme is mainly carried out in two phases
Phase One: Date a CEO
Mentors communicate with students during the activity, share success stories and experiences.
Activity categories are mainly fun and relaxing, such as tea gatherings, hiking, cooking classes, wine tastings, music and art activities, etc.
Phase Two: Be a CEO
Outstanding students who pass the interview will be invited to participate in Phase Two.
The selected students will have chance to job shadow with the mentor.
Subsequently, students will be assigned for projects and try to find out some areas for improvement in the company, so as to develop the CEO work project in the form of a group and provide specific solutions.
After the completion of the relevant CEO project, students need to report the results to the mentors in order to summarize what they have learned.
Students who successfully complete the two phases will receive a certificate and HK$12,000 subsidy.
