Alan graduated from the University of Hong Kong & founded Grandion Industrial Ltd. (a member of Grandion Group) in 1996. Grandion is an apparel supply chain solution provider with production facilities located in China & Hong Kong.
In 2015, Grandion launched an innovative industrial project called TML (To make locally) in HK. The TML project unleashes the competitive advantages of Hong Kong with top design talents; free flow of goods, information and funds; and a sound legal system. TML deploys state-of-art technologies & smart supply chain solutions to extend the Group's capability from an OEM/ODM manufacturer to an Online to Offline (O2O) customised solutions provider in the data economy. 
In view of the “aging population” issue, Alan performed impact investment to the Longevity Group in early 2018 and served as chairman. The Longevity Group has then been transforming from a social enterprise into a business platform with social purposes to design and create an inclusive & smart home for the elderly through crossover collaboration with different industrial & technology enterprises. Longevity keeps striving to be an effective & reliable service provider for the elderly with the aim in helping Hong Kong becomes a smart city on elderly.
The operating purpose of the TML and Longevity project is to generate economic value whilst at the same time creating value for society by achieving a sustainable & diversified development of Hong Kong enterprises. Mr Cheung is appointed as the advisory board or vetting committee members in various Government Bureaus & Organisations in providing advices on Economic & trade development, Innovation & Technology, Vocational & Professional Education, Start-ups incubation, Social Enterprises, Social Innovation and Design Thinking application. Alan also acts as the mentors to support young designers & start-ups founders to develop their brands and businesses. Since 2018, he has been leading the company as an Impact Ventures Builder to co-create different purpose ventures with entrepreneurs which leverage social innovations to improve & tackle the social & industrial pain points.

Mr. Gary HO

Gary Ho is the Manager of Youth Development Programmes at Cyberport, where he oversees various initiatives to nurture young talents for the innovation and technology industry. He is also responsible for driving the smart living cluster development, which supports start-ups in fields such as EduTech, ArtTech, HealthTech and GeronTech.
Mr. Ho has over 14 years of experience in youth development, education and training. He has expertise in project, programme and event management, stakeholder engagement, talent development, sales and marketing, customer service, business development, human resource management, policy and procedure development and professional administration.
Mr. Ho holds a Master of Science in Management (Operations Management) and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in English for Business and Professional Communication from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He also completed a Certificate Programme of Putonghua Trainers from Hong Kong Baptist University.

Senior Innovation Consultant, Education for Good
Yuen Tam is the Senior Innovation Consultant of Education for Good. He offers innovation and
entrepreneurial training and consulting services to NGOs and the education sector. Yuen is also the co-founder of “iSEE Mobile Apps” serving the visually impaired through information technology, which is the Champion of Hong Kong Social Enterprise Challenge (2016). He was also representing Hong Kong to participate in Asian social enterprise competitions in Singapore and Korea.
Since 2017, Yuen has delivered hundreds of workshops and seminars to thousands of teachers, social workers, executives, entrepreneurs, and innovators. Previously, Yuen acted as an overseas Design Thinking coach to help community innovation in Hungary, funded by the Home Affairs Bureau. (2018) He successfully assisted his coachees to win the championship of Hong Kong Social Enterprise Challenges (2018, 2019, 2020) and Jockey Club CarbonCare Open Innovation Lab on environmental innovation (2018). Yuen graduated from Lingnan University with a Bachelor of Social Sciences.

Timothy has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the Information and Internet field  He  worked in esteemed companies such as Alibaba, Apple, and PCCW. He is now the Executive Director of the HKAI LAB, which is a not-for-profit initiative fully funded by the Alibaba Hong Kong Entrepreneurs Fund and SenseTime focused on advancing the frontiers of AI with cutting-edge technologies and expertise, and empowering startups to commercialize their new inventions.
Timothy is strong at business strategic planning and implementation. He had managed direct sales team and channel partners for technology products and internet services, such background equipped him with comprehensive experience in sales, marketing, product development and senior management. He had many successes in government and private sector partnership development and management.
Timothy's 20+ years’ experience in the technology field covering Asia, Europe, and Americas. He directly managed staff and partners in Japan, Korea, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Turkey, USA, UK, Italy, Brazil and Peru.
Timothy is also an active sportsman participating in trail running and skiing. He had completed over close to 20 marathons and ultramarathons and keeps on running. His spirits and stamina on sports is in line with his pursuance on fostering the development of internet and technology in Hong Kong.

Cintia Nunes is the General Manager, Head of Asia at The Mills Fabrica, leading the team to become the go-to platform for sustainability, impact and innovation in techstyle (technology x lifestyle) and agrifood tech space via Fabrica's investment portfolio, incubation programme, interactive spaces and it's environmental and social impact accountability.
Prior to joining Fabrica, Cintia worked in strategy, insights and marketing at an FMCG multinational company where she focused on assessing consumer behaviour insights and formalizing business strategies for more than 10 brands. She then pivoted to a Series A apparel startup where she helped drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retail and customer experience. Subsequently, she joined one of the social impact led platform where she helped to pivot its business model, soon making it one of the prominent ecosystem builders in Hong Kong through advocacy, bridging of resources and strategic partnerships.
With strong passion in driving social impact and systemic change, she is a strong advocate in cross-sector collaborations. She holds a BSc Economics degree from the University College London.

Martin actively led his team to participate in various start-up competitions during university life. He had created a mobile application named “Jobegin” that facilitated the matching process between high-quality casual workers and companies.

Since 2020, he has partnered with different educators to establish a center for special education needs called “Jumpy Education” in Tuen Mun, which covering an area of 8,000 square feet. Up to now, the service has been provided to more than 500 children with special education needs.
Since 2023, he has established the first film action stunt training hall in Hong Kong called “New Era Martial Club”, which is located in Quarry Bay. It mainly teaches film action stunts, such as stunts, somersault stunts, firearm actions, and martial arts courses.
