新冠肺炎肆虐本港數月，基層長者往往因為資訊落後和行動不便而缺乏物資，而坊間現階段只提供有限度長者服務，令其生活更無助及缺乏關心。香港公開大學學生事務處舉辦了「『糉』在你身邊」端午義工計劃，將關愛帶給何文田區內長者，讓其感受有人在身邊扶持。義工們製作了與端午相關的小手作及防疫包等物資親手送到長者家，並透過定期電話或探訪跟進情況。我們亦邀請退休人士為工作坊導師，透過分享他們的技能，繼續貢獻社會。
