The Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme (ENLS) is administered by the Student Finance Office (SFO) under the Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency (WFSFAA). ENLS provides non-means-tested loan(s) to eligible students to settle tuition fees.<\/div>

Students of the Open University of Hong Kong (OUHK) should read the Application Guidance Notes [ENLS 140(2020)<\/a>] if they wish to apply for the ENLS loans. They should also refer to the Supplementary Application Guidance Notes of the term concerned [ENLS 202(AUT2021)<\/a> (for 2021 Autumn Term and [ENLS 202(SUM2021)<\/a> (for 2021 Summer Term)].<\/p>

Direct credit of tuition `<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

  1. Applicants please complete the paper-based ENLS application form [ENLS 141(2020)<\/a>] and the relevant loan documents. Or you may complete and submit online application for ENLS through “SFO E-link \u2013 My Applications<\/a>“. <\/span><\/li>
  2. Applicants must have completed the course registration for 2021 Autumn Term (check the courses on offer in this term<\/a>). Enquiries of the course registration should be made to the Admissions & Enrolment Office (Part-time & Postgraduate) of the Registry.<\/span><\/li>
  3. After receiving the tuition fee debit note(s), applicants should submit the ENLS application to the Government SFO as soon as possible but not later than the payment deadline printed on the debit notes(s). Applicants are required to inform OUHK immediately after the submission of ENLS application so that the place(s) in the course(s) (not the specific class section) can be secured until the ENLS loan is approved and released.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    Direct credit to Applicants' bank account: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>

    1. Applicants should have already paid the tuition fees for the term concerned. <\/span><\/li>
    2. Applicants please complete the paper-based ENLS application form [ENLS 141(2020)<\/a>] and the relevant loan documents. Or you may complete and submit online application for ENLS through “SFO E-link \u2013 My Applications<\/a>“. <\/span><\/li>
    3. Applicants should submit the completed ENLS application and related documents together with the original tuition fee receipt(s) to the Government SFO on or before the application deadline.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/div><\/div>
