Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS) are administered by the Student Finance Office (SFO) under the Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency (WFSFAA).<\/p><p>FASP provides means-tested financial assistance to needy students and the NLSPS is used to complement the FASP to provide non-means-tested loan(s) to eligible students to settle tuition fees.<\/p><p><strong>Application Period for 2023 Spring Term<\/strong><br \/>17 Feb &#8211; 17 Mar
