sports shoes, sports equipment will be provided in the sports venue.<\/li><li>The medium of instruction is mainly Cantonese and will be supplemented by English where appropriate.<\/li><li>Please arrive 10 minutes before the designated time.<\/li><li>If students cannot attend the class, one day's notice must be given. Otherwise, they will be considered as absent and this will affect the chances of getting a place in our future courses.<\/li><li>Students should take note of their own health conditions and consider whether it is suitable for them to take part in any sports activity.
