OCA (Y83), also known as \u201cY83\u201d, is provided by Y.X. Y83, one of the largest student accommodation operators in Hong Kong.\u00a0 Different from OCA (Mongkok), Y83 offers 60 bed places to HKMU students while they are also home to around 600 students from different universities with diverse cultures and backgrounds. \u00a0<\/p>

With 20,000sf of communal space, Y83 has a range of facilities for students to enjoy, such as an outdoor terrace with a basketball court, study\/co-working rooms, or a social lounge.<\/p>
