justify;\"><strong>Peer Mentorship Scheme (PMS)<\/strong> aims to recruit a group of students with enthusiasm and optimism to serve as <strong>Peer Mentors<\/strong> to support newly arrived full-time undergraduate non-local students as <strong>Mentees<\/strong> in better adjustment to University life and Hong Kong cultures.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The objectives of the Scheme are:<\/p><ol><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">To assist non-local freshmen in their transition to a new environment with experienced and supportive mentors;<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">To build community and belonging among non-local freshmen by connecting them with their peers and mentors;<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">To offer advice and resources to them to manage challenges of living away from home; and<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">To promote an integrated and inclusive environment within the
