<\/p>

This programme provides comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of electronic principles, practical skills in electronics and the capacity to analyse and synthesize circuits and devices. Graduates can embark in a career as an electronic design engineer, analyst or consultant.<\/p>

Programme-specific entry requirement:<\/h6>

This programme admits students who are holders of a recognized Higher Diploma or Associateship in Electronic, Computer and Information Engineering or closely related disciplines. Admitted students are required to have obtained the equivalent of 60 credit-units advanced standing.<\/p>

    Programme Structure<\/p>

    Students admitted to the B.Sc. Electronics programme through Pathway 1 are required to successfully complete at least 33 credit-units as follows:<\/p>

    (a) 12 credit-units from the courses labelled CD in Table a or OD in Table d of which no more than 6 credit-units are from courses labelled OD;<\/b><\/p>
