To be eligible for an academic award in the full-time mode, a student shall have satisfied the requirements of his/her chosen full-time programme of study.
The dates shown below may be subject to change. Please refer to student announcement on the University's website for the relevant update.
*Only students of the following categories shall be required to apply for graduation via MyHKMU by stipulated deadline:
I. Students of BSCHCEF3, BSCHEEF3, BSCHBCF3, BSCHBHF3 and BSCHSADSF3 and have fulfilled the requirements of the plan's exit point (i.e. ordinary degree) and wish to graduate with such award, or
II. Students wish to have the credits of courses completed in Part-time (Distance Learning) counted towards the graduation requirement of their chosen study plans.
Important Note:
It is the University's policy to retain award certificates and transcripts for collection up to 31 December of the following year after graduation (e.g. for 2021 graduates, the deadline for collection is 31 December 2022). After that date, all uncollected award certificates and transcripts will be confidentially disposed without any further notice. If you wish to get these documents afterwards, you will need to submit relevant applications with a fee
