The Registry Office has recently received reports of scam messages impersonating HKMU offices and requesting payment through unauthorized channels.

We would like to remind all students that HKMU uses its official e-payment system via MyHKMU or direct deposits into the HKMU bank account for course fee or tuition fee collection. Any requests for payment outside of these authorized methods - such as instructions to deposit funds into non-HKMU bank accounts or personal accounts - should be treated with caution. 

Please remain vigilant and avoid engaging with suspicious payment channels. If you receive any questionable messages or have concerns about payment requests, do not hesitate to contact us for verification and assistance.
