Student Announcements (Undergraduate & Sub-degree)

The application for retaking failed courses in the 2026 Summer Term will be open from 2 March to 6 March 2026.

If you plan to retake any courses with course result ‘Fail’ during this term, please visit our webpage for retake for detailed information and submit your online application within the specified dates. Please noted that each student can submit only ONE application during the application period.

Please ensure you check your programme requirements (5-credit system or 3-credit-unit system) and the “Advice on Course Selection” (or the special study plan you have received from the University) before submitting your retake applications. This will help ensure that you complete the required course(s) and avoid study/credit overload.

Notes to Non-local students

Non-local students must hold a valid student visa / entry permit to take courses at the University. For details on renewing or extending your student visa, please refer to the website for Visa Matters for Continuing Students.
