Dear Students, Graduation Arrangement for July 2026 Conferment [Undergraduate (Full-time) programmes] If you are aiming for graduation in July 2026, please pay attention to the following details about the graduation process and requirements. Key Steps to Graduate: - Application for Graduation (By 28 April 2026)
- If aiming to graduate with the current programme of study, application for graduation is NOT required.
- Unless you are a student of BSCHCEF3 and will have fulfilled the requirements of the plan’s exit point (i.e. ordinary degree) and wish to graduate with such award; in this case, you are required to submit an online application for graduation via MyHKMU on or before 28 April 2026. (Late applications will NOT be accepted.)
- Eligibility Email Notification (Early May 2026)
- If you have met all graduation requirements after the release of April/May 2026 results (including completion of April/May 2026 examinations), you will receive a notification email via HKMU student email regarding your prospective graduation status by early May 2026.
- For students admitted in Autumn 2021 and thereafter, the caution money paid at point of admission will be used to settle the graduation fee.
- For those with no caution money in their records, please follow the instructions in the notification email and pay the graduation fee* via MyHKMU on or before 17 May 2026.
* If graduation requirements are not met, the graduation fee will be refunded to those with no caution money in their records. - Graduation Approval (10 July 2026)
- Students who have fulfilled all academic requirements and had their results finalized will be approved for graduation by the University Senate on 10 July 2026.
- Once your graduation is approved, we will notify you via your HKMU student email regarding the arrangements for collection of certificate and transcript in August 2026.
