Application for Change of Programme for 2026/27 Academic Year

Dear Undergraduate Students,
The application for ‘change of programme’ will be opened from 4 May 2026 to 29 May 2026 (inclusive).
If you wish to change your programme, please submit an application via MyHKMU by clicking here. Please note the following important points before submitting your application: - This application does not apply to applied degree programmes, programmes under the ‘Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions / Sectors’ (SSSDP) scheme, and programmes offered by the School of Nursing and Health Sciences (N&HS).
- You can only submit ONE application under normal circumstances.
- Make sure to clearly specify the programme title and code that you wish to apply for. You can find programme information here (5-credit System / 3-credit-unit System).
- You must provide supporting documents for your academic qualifications and English language proficiency (if applicable).
- Approval of applications is at the discretion of the School concerned.
- If your application is approved, the change of programme shall take effect in the 2026 Autumn Term.
- Once your application has been approved and processed, you will NOT be permitted to withdraw the request or return to your previous programme.
- Results will be announced and sent to students via HKMU email by mid-August 2026 under normal circumstances.
