Student Announcements (Undergraduate & Sub-degree)

The Admissions Team (Undergraduate) of the Registry is currently inviting applications for student trainees to provide services during the period from May to August 2026.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:

• Performing general clerical duties; 
• Providing frontline services including counter, emails and/or hotline service; 
• Supporting interviews; 
• Supporting event;
• Performing any other related duties as assigned; and 
• Taking up outdoor duties where necessary.

Candidates

Candidates should be current full-time local students of the University

Remuneration

Hourly rate: $75

Working Hours

Working hours shall less than 68 hours per 4 consecutive weeks

Terms of Appointment

Appointments will be made on a temporary contract basis. Statutory benefits will be provided in accordance with applicable employment regulations.
