Applied Science graduate Eric Cheung uses his self-developed skills in dye extraction from leftover vegetables in a wide range of applications. From a $200 investment in a flea market to having a studio at PMQ, Eric has now become a 'food designer'. Where did his idea of making good use of leftover vegetables come from?
Formerly a medical equipment engineer, Dr Hung quitted his job decisively ten years ago to start teaching at the OUHK with the aim of nurturing young people. With his vivaciously refreshing teaching methods, he helps students acquire knowledge and prepare for career development. He also pays much attention to the personal growth of his students. To them, Dr Hung is a teacher, a companion and a life mentor.
